Chelsea Foundation’s Exercise & Mobility session is designed specifically for individuals living with Parkinson’s disease and helps to improve movement, balance, co-ordination and build confidence in everyday activities. Classes include strength, balance and functional movements and sessions are delivered through a circuit training style with access to the gym equipment. The session is led by an Exercise Specialist, who can help to tailor the exercises to the individual’s abilities. The exercise class can help participants to maintain mobility, improve overall fitness and build confidence in day-to-day activities through supporting independence and improve overall wellbeing.
